if i have the att quickfire and get the htc Fuze, will i need to buy a new SIM card?

I own the att quickfire, and i will soon get the htc fuze, will i need to get a new sim card or can i just switch the one i have?

I think they are going to change it or reset it since the htc fuze is a smart phone.
