Is the Canon Digital IXUS 200 IS a good camera?
Im looking to buy a camera and honestly have no idea whatsoever what I need to buy. I just know I want a generally good camera.
Do you know if the Canon Digital IXUS 200 IS is a good camera? If you have used it or know someone who has?

Yes it’s a very good camera, especially if you are not sure what you need.
My mates and I have a saying among ourselves, “If you don’t know what to buy, get a Powershot”. We say that because Canon powershot usually don’t dissapoints.
Other than that, the Ixus 200 has most of what I’d consider a good compact camera, which is a wide angle lens (I think I’m saying this way too much on yahoo answers… better stop..), and among other things…
I believe there will be other camera just as good, but then you shouldn’t be dissapointed by this one.
